10周年纪念西班牙大餐

这一年来点特别的,而且之前老公说在瑞典吃到很好吃的西班牙餐,所以我也想煮一餐给老公吃咯,虽然没有很像,但是味道是不错哦,哈哈!

这个金瓜汤是参考朋友的食谱
材料:
金瓜 - 两人份,大概200-300克吧 (蒸熟打烂)
培根 - 2片
大葱 - 半粒到一粒,看自己喜欢 (切小丁)

调味: 动物性鲜奶油,适量 (调味调颜色而已)

做法:
1。热锅,煎培根,起锅剪小片备用
2。留一点油炒香大葱
3。放入南瓜泥,煮滚,太浓可以加水,然后放入培根装饰就好

但是下一次我觉得大葱可以和南瓜一起打成泥咯!

西班牙海鲜饭

材料:
 

做法:

 1.先準備好所需[材料],
海大蝦去鬚後用牙籤於蝦背處挑除掉腸泥,
活凍軟絲自然退冰後清除內臟切成小圈,
黃金生干貝自然退冰,蛤蜊浸泡鹽水將沙吐乾淨,
洋蔥切丁,蒜頭切薄片,巴西里切細末,
油漬番茄做法可參考之前分享,也可用新鮮番茄取代。
米先掏洗乾淨備用。

2.熱鍋後加入油漬番茄/蒜片/洋蔥丁拌炒至香味溢出


3.接著加入所有海鮮[材料]略為拌炒

4.然後嗆入白酒2大匙,以及所有的[調味]一起煮沸

 

5.步驟4海鮮熟透就先撈起,避免海鮮口感變老


6.將留下的精華湯汁淋於事先洗淨的白米上,
依平時煮飯方式完成,

完成的燉飯用飯匙拌勻再擺上海鮮料,

最後灑上巴西里末即可

 


这个是参考网上然后自己改变的,买新鲜干贝煎熟,鸡蛋煎成鸡蛋片,然后组成就好了,简单,但是不错哦!

巧克力塔食谱:
Ingredients:
Normal flour - 80g
Coco powder - 10g
Castor sugar - 20g
Unsalted butter - 60g (room temperature)
Egg york - 1pc

Methods:
1. Mix flour,cocoa powder, castor sugar then add unsalted butter, use hand to mix all till 松散状,then mix egg york n make it as a dough ( mix well will do, dnt over beat the dough)
2. Put the dough into a big plastic bag, flatter it a bit, put in fridge for around 30minutes
3. Make the dough to thickness 0.3cm in the plastic bag, then open the plastic bag n use 6cm round mould to make round slice (depends ur mould size)
4. Put the round slice to tart mould n make it nicely, use fork to make some hole in the tart 
5. Put in preheat oven 180degree celcius, bake 10minutes, then leave the tart in mould for another 5minutes, then put on a grill to cool it down

Chocolate filling:
Dairy/non dairy whipping cream - 50g
Baking chocolate - 100g

Methods:
1. Put whipping cream in a pot, use small heat fire heat it up
2. Put in chocolate n stir until glossy n melted, off fire, cool it down 
3. Put the chocolate filling to baked tart skin, then put in fridge until the filling firmed, done!
